When you are on the No Dirty Gold website and are asked

with EARTHWORKS, unless stated otherwise.
EARTHWORKS may collect the following

by you, such as email address. We may at some point
monitor and track information such as visitor usage
patterns of our website.

EARTHWORKS collects personal information
from visitors when they sign the pledge and/or join
one of our action lists. The personal information we
collect is always voluntarily submitted by you.

EARTHWORKS uses the information we
collect about you to be able to send you communications
such as our e-newsletter and action alerts, and to help us understand more about how
our site is used. Please note that we compile such information
